Pandia, which is a great search engine and SEM blog, put together quite a helpful search engine tutorial. I’ve been looking for the time to do something like this for ChaCha and all of our Guides but now I don’t have to. If you use an algorithmic search engine and care at all about how to find something you should read this (i.e. this would be a good refresher for our Guides).
