The new search without a guide capabilities recently incorporated have mistakenly taken over some of our search with a guide functions. This should NOT be happening. The different and special thing about ChaCha is our human touch and Guides just like you! This is why we contacted you last night to be ready for the GMA traffic. We want users to talk to you, we want you to keep busy and we want you to make money! We are the world’s largest live search site for a reason – YOU!
We are working feverishly to correct this error ASAP. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and thank you for all you do to support ChaCha! We greatly appreciate it!

Thank you for this post Justin:) I feel much better now. I’ve been working feverishly since November 12th when I went to Pro finally, and now I’m stuck there!! I hope I didn’t upset Feedback with all my input, but I thought that is what we are supposed to do with Beta
I’m not the ChaCha police, I only want to bring people in like I have to experience working with Humans in surfing the net. Last night I did a test search and when I found that I got a page with links (even though I asked to Search with a Guide) I was rather surprised. I got promoted to Pro on the 12th, and understood the reason for Training 2 hours a night til the 19th of November, I don’t understand why I have worked from 6am til 4pm (right now), and have not gotten Master yet. I Love ChaCha and I will hang in there forever, if that’s what it takes.
No Humans to Search with ? Then ChaCha will ‘look’ like another Google.
and I won’t let that happen.

I’m so glad you noticed that. I have had 2 relatives and 3 friends comment on the fact that they clicked on “search with guide” and they got results instead of a person. I asked them to please click on “search with guide” one more time. They said it was quite confusing.
Thank you for realizing this.
I hope this will be quickly remedied. I have been keeping my end up by promoting at school, PTA, friends…..I’d like the payment process to be tackled next please. I enjoy the work and I’d like to move forward with Cha Cha. thanks.
Woo Hoo ! Hello Justin:) I ‘needed’ to let you know the Great news! Yesterday I promoted to ‘Master’ and it felt GREAT! Thank you and Benjamin for noticing my dilemma and explaining what I needed to do to get there.
So, yesterday I got my second set of 3 Keywords, and they are Pro already, cuz I worked my hiney off, and it paid off
I always knew that ChaCha was going to be big, and so I want to be a Huge part of their success.
